The MUHS Web Site comprises of various Web pages owned and operated by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences.    The MUHS web Site offers various services to you. This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and your obligations to us in relation to the services offered to you through the website "MUHS" [hereinafter "MUHS"].

You will be asked to:
Accept or agree to the Terms by clicking “I accept”, where this option is made available to you by MUHS. You understand and agree that MUHS will treat your acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.

The terms and conditions of use, as described herein, shall not be modified by you. Your use of the MUHS constitutes your agreement to all terms, conditions and notices displayed on MUHS.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

The Company reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the MUHS Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Our MUHS Web Site. Such modified terms shall be displayed on the website. It will be your responsibility to check and review such terms from time to time.

SERVICES OFFERED BY MUHS:

MUHS is engaged in the business of facilitating online admissions with various educational institutions. Hence you will be provided with services relating to online filing of applications for admissions or scholarships etc., documents with educational institutions, universities and colleges etc. who are registered with MUHS.

For registration with MUHS, you will be asked to provide personal details like Name, Address, Date of birth, Contact Numbers, Educational Qualifications and other details. On successful registration, you will be provided with a Login Id and Password. For details of how we collect and use your personal information please refer to our Privacy Policy. The privacy policy is an integral part of this agreement. You are encouraged to read all the details of the privacy policy and check for any amendments from time to time.

For facilitating online admissions we have tied up with various educational institutes. The online admissions procedure is governed by the requirements communicated to us by the respective institution.

The services offered for facilitating online admissions include:
1.Filling of forms.
2.Posting any query to institute.

How we facilitate the online course application

Step 1:
You can register at www.muhsonline.net It is free of cost

Step 2:
You can select course for which you want to apply.

Step 3:
You are required to pay the requisite application form fee as may be specified by the institute by choosing Demand Draft Payment or online payment option.

Step 3.1:
In case of online payment you can make payment by credit/debit card, cash card, Mobile payment or net banking.

Step 3.2:
For demand draft payment, you need to arrange for a demand draft from the bank as per instructions specified by the institute. You can send demand draft to respective institute. Simultaneously, you need to enter details of demand draft in the online application.

Please note that payment confirmation is necessary to complete online course application process. In case your payment is not confirmed then your application will be incomplete and will not be considered as submitted to the institute.

Step 4:
You application form would be activated and it will be valid if your payment is confirmed by MUHS.

Step 5:
You can fill the course application form online as per instructions specified in the online application form.

Step 5.1:
You can fill the application form in step by step manner. You can save your incomplete application form and can complete it at later time or date prior to deadline of the application.

Step 6:
After you fill all the required fields of online form, you can submit it to the institute by clicking on the submit button.

Please note that after form-submission, it is not possible to edit it under any circumstances and it will reach to the institute in precise manner in which you have filled the application form online.

Step 7:
After your form-submission, you will receive acknowledgement of form acceptance from MUHS. It indicated that you have successfully applied for the specified course.

Step 8:
MUHS maintains all the history of your applications in the database. So you can anytime take printout of your application by logging onto MUHS.com and checking Applications section.

Kindly note that if the payment is not successful due to any issues on the part of the Payment Gateway Company, then it shall be the responsibility of the Payment Gateway Company and you to tackle the issue and MUHS shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.

Restrictions/ exceptions:

The online filing of documents is subject to the following:

1.You are expected to fully understand the requirements of the educational institution before filling up the application form. Any discrepancy caused later on shall not be entertained by the company. It shall be your sole responsibility to verify and validate such requirements before using MUHS.

2.The inclusion of educational institute in MUHS does not imply that institute has complied with norms, rules, regulations that are prescribed by the appropriate authorities. Similarly, the inclusion of institute in MUHS does not imply that institute is recognized/ affiliated to particular university. It is solely your responsibility to verify and validate the recognition of university.

3.MUHS does not provide any guarantee of admission for the particular course if you apply for the course from MUHS. The entire process of admissions based on merit, or any other parameter shall be governed and controlled by the respective educational Institute. Grant of admissions shall be at the sole discretion of the respective educational institutions. It is hereby expressly clarified that, role of MUHS is only to facilitate the admission process and not to grant admissions.

Rejection of application:

The application may be rejected in any of the following circumstances:

By virtue of this agreement you agree that, MUHS would not be responsible for any rejection of your application. EPravesh only acts as a facilitator between students and institute. It is solely your responsibility to submit application as per instructions mentioned before deadline of the application expires.

Web security safeguards as per the industry practices have been implemented in muhsonline.net. In case of any major issue which affect your application submission to any institute, you will be informed about non availability of our service till we resolve such issue.

Apart from facilitating online filing of application MUHS also provides certain other services as follows.

1) Links to other sites: The MUHS provides link to various educational and other sites. (Other sites include education counseling sites, competition news, blogs etc)

However The Linked Sites are not under the control of MUHS and MUHS is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site.

By this agreement you covenant with company that, MUHS is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site.

MUHS is providing these links as a matter of convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by MUHS of the site or any association with its operators.

You agree by virtue of this agreement that, MUHS does not take the responsibility of authenticity and contents of such web sites. It is responsibility of user to check authenticity of contents displayed on such site.

2) Communication services: MUHS may provide various communication services like bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, institute web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate, clarify your queries, get more information about education institututions.

However facility of communication service is subject to following:

2.1: By virtue of this agreement you agree that you will use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service.

2.2: By this agreement you agree that, you will not use the communication service to Defame abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

2.3: You further agree that you will not use communication service to Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.

2.4: You further agree that ,you will not use communication service available on the MUHS to Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.

2.5: You agree that , you will not Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.

2.6: You covenant through this agreement that you will not advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Communication Service specifically allows such messages.

2.7: You agree that you will not Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.

2.8: You agree that you will not Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.

2.9: You covenant with the company that you will not falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.

2.10: By virtue of agreement you agree that, you will not Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services.

2.11: You agree that you will not violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service.

2.12: You agree that you will not Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.

2.13: You agree that you will not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

2.14: Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You by virtue of this agreement covenant with the company that you will adhere all limitations as applicable at the time of downloading of materials.

2.15: By this agreement you give right to Company to monitor Communication Services.

2.16: By this agreement you also give right to , Company to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion.

2.17: You also agree that Company has right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services present at MUHS at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

2.18: You also agree that, Company may monitor the communication services.

2.19: Company does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Company specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Any individual user, college admission staff are not authorized MUHS spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of Company.

3) Blogs on the sites: MUHS may provide feature of blogs posting. Individual education institutes, alumina, institute admission committee members would have access right to post blogs.

However Blog facility is subject to following.

MUHS may provide blog facility. All the posts of blogs published on MUHS or any of its subdomain site are views expressed by the institute or its affiliate individuals.Splash gain technology solutions pvt ltd does not endorse views expressed by the individual or institute in the blog post.

4) MOBILE SMS SERVICE: MUHS may provide alerts, information to you through Mobile. To avail this service specific request in to company is required to be made.

However mobile facility is subject to following

In the event of change in your mobile number, you agree that you will update your profile information including your mobile number on MUHS.

By this agreement you agree that company will not be responsible, if information forwarded through SMS is not received in time due to communication failure from telecom operator network.

5) ADVERTISING: MUHS may provide advertising facility to third party; the outsiders can submit their advertisements related to their products or services on MUHS. Advertising facility provided by the company is subject to agreement that, MUHS would not be responsible for any liability, misinformation, errors associated with such advertising information. You further agree that, Company would not accept any claims of business loss, damages to group or individual due to dealing with companies whose advertisement is published on MUHS.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Acceptance of the Terms And Conditions: The MUHS Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.Your use of the MUHS Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of the MUHS Web Site, you warrant to MUHS that you will not use or allow access to others to use the MUHS Web Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. MUHS does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to MUHS (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any MUHS Web Site or its associated services (collectively "Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting MUHS, its affiliated companies and necessary sublicenses permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission

Compensation for submissions

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. MUHS is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time in MUHS's sole discretion.

Guarantee as to rights related to submissions

By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.

INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON INSTITUTE WEB PAGE

Information displayed on MUHS for individual institute web page is “Exact” information provided by the institute to MUHS. Company does not take responsibility of authenticity and contents of information displayed on the institute web page of MUHS. For more details/clarifications about information displayed on the institute web page, you can consult institute authority directly.

SERVICE ELIGIBILITY

You represent and warrant that you (a) have not previously been suspended or removed from MUHS (b) are not a direct competitor of MUHS; (c) do not have more than one MUHS account at any given time; and (d) that you have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and in doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party.

SECURE PASSWORD

You are requested to keep your password secure. You are not allowed to user other user’s account and also do not let other users use your account. You are responsible for all the activities or transactions done through your account. You should report of any incident of account breach at [email protected]

You are prohibited from transferring, selling or trading your MUHS account or any other information to any other party. You agree that, you will take those steps that are essential to ensure that Login ID and Password remains in your possession and is not made public. You further agree that, if your account or account information with MUHS is tampered or leaked by hacking or otherwise by any third party then, MUHS shall not be responsible for it.

TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT

You agree that in case of violation of terms and conditions and improper usage of your account, your account would be terminated by MUHS. MUHS holds all the rights to terminate your account in case of non compliance of regulations mentioned in this document.
